Learner CenteredOur workshops are developed with the learner at the center of the training, not the content. While this seems obvious, many training programs are steeped in lecture, where content is considered king. This leads to telling and transmission as opposed to training and transformation. In the former, the focus is on the content. In the latter, the focus is on the learner, where is should be. Performance BasedIs it more important to know about great leadership skills or be able to apply great leadership skills? To ensure you have both the knowledge AND ability, our workshops are highly interactive, energetic learning interventions that feature a blend of hands-on learning, case studies, simulation, role playing, practice and other team-based activities. In the end, you will not only know the content but be able to apply your new learning in your workplace. Small Class RatioOur workshop sizes are small by design. This allows the participants to maximize their learning through a hands-on approach. ReinforcementAll of our public workshops come with an option for one-to-one coaching AFTER THE WORKSHOP. This is a critical component to the overall success of the workshop and is provided to you at a significantly reduced cost. We want you to be successful and this is our way to help internalize the leadership skills you have obtained.
